We decided to try their season’s special - a scoop of vanilla ice cream perched on top of La France pear chunks soaked in maple syrup and surrounded by a circle of whipped cream. The pancake itself was tall and fluffy with a texture that resembled chiffon cakes, making it quite unique 🥞

The donburi set included a pot of hot green tea, a small light corn soup, a bite-size salad and a bowl of rice covered in a layer of crab meat sauce, egg yolk and seaweed. Although the portion looks a little small, we were actually quite full after finishing everything!
