I had high hopes for their Neapolitan hot stone pizza but have to say was a little disappointed by the food. Personally I love eating the crust of bread and pizza crust is no exception, I hardly ever leave the crust uneaten, so I was quite surprised by how doughy and dense their pizza crust was, a far cry from the usual airy pizza crust one would expect. 🍕SOPPRESSATA PICCANTE HKD 198Nice kick of spiciness from the fresh chilli but overall the flavour profile was too simple and tasted quite plain

Quite a unique refreshing flavour combo, which is worth a try I would say, though it could taste rather bland if you get a bite without the garlic.
Overall their pizza didn’t have any wow factor for me and I personally prefer the flavour combo and crust texture of other pizza places.

The lady fingers had softened nicely and the flavour was well balanced. Was a little disappointed in the cream part though, way too much whipped cream and too little mascarpone, hence the texture wasn’t as velvety and rich and there wasn’t as much depth in terms of flavour, which was such a shame. I finished it all the same but was secretly missing the tiramisu of another pasta place
