Started with a refreshing Lobster Salad Ribbon with mango sauce, that went very well with my citrus based mock-tail. My wife had Foie Gras Feuillete as starter! It is served with a puff pastry ring! The food portion is quite generous and the Foie Gras has always been one of her favorite dishes! Her main course is Duck Leg Confit, which is a famous traditional French dish. The duck leg is very juicy and tender!
