Made with house made stock and softie paste (garlic, onion and tomato), the paella has soaked up all the essence of ocean goodness, while surprisingly complemented with minced pork with a small proportion of fat that adds complexity and richness to the dish.

Apart from food, what draws my attention most in Chico Chia is the blue and white patterned hexagonal floor tile which reminds me Gaudi’s creation at La Pedrera in Barcelona.
This restore simply impressed me with its attention in detail in both food and environment. On offers are tapas and dishes that perfectly glimmer a mix of spanish and asian hues.

We started with its tortilla, bread tomato $68 and 48-month Iberia paleta rom the new spanish brand Covap ($118) which are all thrilling; but for Rocket bikini,it isn’t at my priority; complimented with sesame sauce.

Despite our fullness, we couldn't resist the churros with mocha dip and expresso ice cream. It always melt my heart as it always does in Madrid. Stuff the deep friend tough into the hot and bitter sweet mocha dip is def heaven; but It would have given me the right expectation if the dip is thicker -so that the churros is coated with the creamy sauce immediate.
