Dinner. Lovely husband (chef) and wife (manager) team. 4 big tables: 2 at the front, 2 at the back. Our room as at the back, with flatscreen TV.Here’s what we had.芬末麻香花膠冰鎮南非鮑魚- abalones were stewed up to 3 days.山東手撕燒雞- skin was very tasty; loved the cucumber and the sauce.哈蜜瓜爵士湯- cooked for 16 hours with ham and chicken: extremely flavorful even tho chef confirmed that no salt was added at all. Here’s what we had.
芬末麻香花膠
冰鎮南非鮑魚- abalones were stewed up to 3 days.
山東手撕燒雞- skin was very tasty; loved the cucumber and the sauce.
哈蜜瓜爵士湯- cooked for 16 hours with ham and chicken: extremely flavorful even tho chef confirmed that no salt was added at all. Everyone asked to turn up the aircon halfway through.
賽螃蟹粉法飽- 30 crabs were used; comprising 5 types of crab: 花蟹,奄仔蟹,肉蟹,藍蟹 and 膏蟹. At the bottom: 花雕蒸蛋白. Tasted a bit fishy to me; but I’m not a crab fan. 3 types of French bread: garlic, plain and double garlic.
金蒜蒸指天翅- ie 龍躉背皮: my favorite dish of the night. Laden with collagen; loved the texture: firm but tender. Everyone loved the spring onion.
豉汁蟶子煎米- normally loved 煎米粉- this one was light and crispy; but unfortunately too spicy for me. 蟶子 from Scotland.

In summary: enjoyable big group dinner: extremely IG-able dishes. Absolutely delish.
