Little Birdy (已結業)

I was quite excited to try this place knowing the chef had been on Hell’s Kitchen. Got the Heisenberg (the most basic burger there). The chicken inside is really tender and moist despite being deep fried. I guess when you eat it you’d be like “hmm... normal chicken burger, not bad”. Then you think back on it and compare it to Boomshack’s (now closed), Morty’s, or Maccas’ chicken, you realize... damn, that’s actually a very tender and juicy chicken breast despite being fried!
