Another excellent evening of fine Japanese cuisine! Second time visiting with a whole new selection of fish. Toro is always amazing here with fine texture and not as fatty! Uni's are always great here. Had 3 different kinds this evening. The sweeter of the 3 is only available here and not anywhere else in HK. Every dish was excellent, especially 2 that I have never experienced before:1. Spicy sake crab - specially marinated by Mori-San! 2. Aged (4 days) sushi - very creamy with great and long a

Every dish was excellent, especially 2 that I have never experienced before:
1. Spicy sake crab - specially marinated by Mori-San!
2. Aged (4 days) sushi - very creamy with great and long after taste!
Ordered a bottle of sake (Nine Headed Dragon), can't believe I finished it all by myself!
Great evening again with no room for disappointment!
Overall, I give it a 10 out of 10 in my Sushi ratings.
