I love Ootoya because the food is authentic as lots of Japanese people dine there and the Chefs are Japanese.The only difficulty I have is the menu, it is quite difficult to comprehend and it is in a similar format to Coco Ichibanya so I wonder if they belong to the same group.I ordered the hijiki seaweed rice with an appetizer containing all the slimy stuff like moutain yam, natto beans, egg yolk, okra and tofu.It doesnt have much taste but I find it comforting like baby food.Adding soy sauce i
