With most Hong Kong Snacks, I don't really bother because I usually get food poisoning and they don't look clean anyway but at LHS, the joint is clean and modern.It is an open kitchen so you can see the items, technically you can with those other HK style street snacks but the environment is often facing a busy road or with lots of smokers nearby.
You can dine there as the Chinese drums are meant to be tables.
The MENU:
I just had the mock shark fin soup that day as I had already eaten beforehand.
To my surprise, it was loaded with so much fish maw and vegetarian shark fin.It was tasty on its own so I didn't need any vinegar or pepper.
Also tried the sweet and sour wontons which were appetizing.
