Bite sized fish cake topped with lobster mayo: The cubes of fish cakes were chewy and sweet topped with creamy lobster mayo.

Hokkaido 3.6 milk jigkoyu hot spring pudding: This was the moment I was waiting for! Basically there was dry ice in the bucket which gave off this pretty cloud of smoke.
The pudding itself was silky and not too sweet with a strong white chocolate taste.
