One of my long time friend was back to HK from Melbourne for holiday, so I took my friend to Sky Lounge to enjoy an afternoon tea n chat chat.The environment of Sky Lounge is quiet and the view from Sky Lounge is beautiful, so it's good for meeting friends n chat with friends.We have 3 adults and 1 child, and have ordered 1 x afternoon tea set for two and 1 x afternoon tea set for one. We have 3 adults and 1 child, and have ordered 1 x afternoon tea set for two and 1 x afternoon tea set for one. The afternoon tea set is quite "Hong Kong style" and no surprise.
The afternoon tea set for two is served with the followings:
Upper tray: 2 scones + 2 macarons
Middle tray: 2 finger sandwich, 2 smoked salmon buns, 2 spring rolls and 2 mini pies
Lower tray: 2 creme brulees, 2 mini blueberry tarts, 2 mini raspberry tarts and 2 mini strawberry mousse cakes
I was disappointed there were no chocolate dessert served in the above mentioned Lower tray. Also, the ice-lemon tea was not cold enough.
