Food: Bread topped with cheese, side with parma ham 熱辣辣/ 外脆內軟/ 脆到跌到周圍都係crust/ 差不多腳掌(?)咁大(利申我係細腳)Salad 食落應該係有3種菜4種茄菜就比較大路,但係啲茄有啲真係比較少喺餐廳會用,多數會喺citysuper見到佢哋,食落清清哋有少少甜,新鮮個皮仲脆口唔係熟到淋Soup 係蘑菇洋蔥湯,正常有菇肉嘅湯Iberico Pork Rack with cooked pear with berry sauce出面果層係有陣grill griddle 燒出嚟嘅味道切開係好pinkpink同埋好juicy; 一舊肉再加一片pear加啲berry sauce食落去都係好清嘅味道, 佢個pear同sauce 都好好味, 如果可以有多啲, 唔駛就住點就好喇~然後個pear 底下仲有啲diced mushroom 同個湯嘅味太似所以冇話好吸引 Dry-aged Sirloin 88 Days第一次食dry-aged 真係會有少少嚇親, 因為同平時食嘅steak 係好唔同 (有啲似臘肉感覺)平時: 食juicy/油酸

切開係好pinkpink同埋好juicy; 一舊肉再加一片pear加啲berry sauce食落去都係好清嘅味道, 佢個pear同sauce 都好好味, 如果可以有多啲, 唔駛就住點就好喇~
然後個pear 底下仲有啲diced mushroom 同個湯嘅味太似所以冇話好吸引
Dry-aged Sirloin 88 Days
第一次食dry-aged 真係會有少少嚇親, 因為同平時食嘅steak 係好唔同 (有啲似臘肉感覺)
平時: 食juicy/油酸味, 會撩走肥膏, 大大舊入口軟綿綿
Dry-aged: 更勁牛味, 睇落好似唔多油但係食落係嘅油香係好好香, 見到有舊油真係可以搶嚟食, 重點係要切得越薄越好食(第一舊切得厚真係眉頭都皺埋; 之後切得薄 3mm厚嘅時候個味真係完全唔同),食嘅時候我先同男朋友講笑話如果有刨凍肉部機就好喇😂
雖然好食, 但係我唔鍾意食牛所以如果要我自己食晒成舊Dry-aged, 真心攪唔掂。但係清清哋嘅juicy pig 同dry-aged 輪流食幾啖我覺得就好好食,所以個人覺得食呢個Dry-aged 都係同人share 開心啲~
兩個main本身有個potota side, 但係因為我講咗唔食薯仔所以就冇呢一part, 我心諗gg會唔會唔飽呢, 結果走嘅時候就好慶倖佢無俾到個薯仔我...
Coffee and Chocolate Cheese Cake
Texture: 佢哋係用Mascarpone Cream Cheese, 所以食落係Mousse like;
Flavour: 咖啡味重/ 幾似tiramisu

想試好耐, 一個月前就book 定 (除咗可以避免到時無位之外,更重要係黎緊呢30日都可以處於好期待既心情,男朋友應該都聽左我講好多次好期待同就有得食喇😂), book 嘅時候要睇guideline, 要講定有咩唔食同想食咩protein
Location: 易去;
本住一個好難搵既心態去搵個入口,你會發現係好易搵,佢哋個門口都幾artistic 都ok易認。
Atmosphere: classy;
dim light 預左手機要有night mode 先影得好睇; 安排左張high-table ( i like it this actually,可以腳fingfing😂)
P.S.
1. 七半開門, 我平時六點六點半食晚餐既人係真係要餓住等食, 不過正常放工入嚟嘅人應該係冇太大問題
2. 一個個course咁出食到黎都十半, 如果你住得遠又或者想同靚女甜品小姐/ chef 傾偈(佢哋都要出曬所有枱main dish先得閒出黎傾偈,本人表示無緣...)咁可能揀tgif 會啱啲。
3. 每次上菜都會好仔細咁講解食材同埋應該點食/點切先會更加好食, 將心比己得一個staff takecare 成個樓面我覺得service已經滿分
