Last week I went to their restaurant in taiwan and I was sooo yummy I just had to go to their Hong Kong resto! Most of the food was the same but I think there’s less compared to the menu in taiwan. The food and service was still great tho! Really enjoyed it and the price was not bad. One of the more popular dishes on the menu was the beef tongue with scallion and it was very yummy and the meat was tender.

The crab meat in the carapace was very buttery, we ordered a bowl of rice to eat with it and the butteriness really complimented the rice.

We asked the waiters what they recommended for bbq vegetables and they told us to try the yam which we did. It was imported from Japan and was more expensive compared to the other vegetables ($60). As expected it was more on the tasteless side but the waiter gave us some salt and pepper to dip the yam in and it was a lot better.
