I used to eat at wherever 磊師傅 worked, we knew each other for so long and he knows what I love to eat all the time. I never look at the menu because he knows what I love and what I dun..I enjoyed all the food he made. I don't live in HK anymore and it is so hard to live far from family and friends. And I miss all the food in HK, everytime I came back home, I had to pay a visit to his restaurant. All the food are great and wonderful, fresh, tasty and alot of innovative dishes too. I read some of the reviews here, and I was like .....why the hell you will order 蟹柳壽司 there?? you can eat those in the sushi restaurant where you pay $20 for 3 pieces of salmon sush or Park'n'shop ...but not in Rokkaku. They make gourmet Japanese food and dishes, so dun order anything like salmon, crabmeat & cucumber sushi....you are wasting everyone's time.
Chyu-toro is out of this world....cannot forget it!
