The owners were so sweet and cute! They seemed so excited to see us and even suggested flavours~ I love going to homemade stores, their products are more natural, but the owners are very genuine too! Even though I don’t speak Cantonese, I always happen to be with someone who translates 😅

I liked the flavour, but again, nothing exciting.

😻 Pickled radish was probably my favourite, I honestly wish we bought more savoury flavours! The radish was slightly crunchy, while the outside was soft, chewy, and glutenous. I wasn’t sure if I’d like it, but almost wanted to come back to get more

😸 The herbal one tasted like sweet medicine. It’s a hit or miss - I liked it, while my friend didn’t :/ It doesn’t taste like HEALTH, but definitely get a medicinal vibe from it.

😻 This might’ve been my second favourite! The peanut filling wasn’t oily, so it didn’t stick together and was slightly crumbly, which was great since the outside is already sticky and chewy, so if the filling was too, it would’ve been like a giant gum ball texture wise.

😶 I did’t like this one quite so much… the red beans weren’t fully blended (which I assume was intentional), but it just felt weird? This cha duo has no kick to it, which is maybe why it didn’t impress me

Return: yes!! Even though it’s far, I enjoyed SK, so I would certainly return for the cha guo, and stay for the view 😚
