We saw the interview of the chef and found out that she learned cooking in London, practiced in many renowned restaurants and has great passion for food; thus we were pretty excited to come and try out the dishes. We saw the interview of the chef and found out that she learned cooking in London, practiced in many renowned restaurants and has great passion for food; thus we were pretty excited to come and try out the dishes. And it was an amazing dining experience for us.

We booked our table at 4pm, which was the only time slot left for the day. We tried three appetizers because they all looked so delicious especially the chicken liver parfait, which was very smooth and tasty. The steak tartare is my all time favorite and it was so fresh with the right amount of acidity. Then we did the razor clam, which was pretty rare at French restaurant and the sauce was delicious.

For main dish, we did the waygu banquette. The waygu was so well cooked it melted right in your mouth. I would wish the banquette to be a bit warm but overall it was very good.

We ended the day with the dessert and coffee. I would wish they have more choices for dessert but the berry tart we tried was not too sweet so that’s good. Coffee was unexpectedly rich, it was a small cup but it went perfectly with the dessert.

Overall, it was an amazing experience and we already made our next booking.
