Do be careful not to drop the tartare on the pile of salt at the bottom, otherwise it’d be super salty (guessed who accidentally dropped it there twice😅)- salmon b

For first-timers, I’d recommend the following dishes:
- wagyu steak tartare: their steak tartare is placed on top of grilled bone marrow, and the seasoning is very balanced. Do be careful not to drop the tartare on the pile of salt at the bottom, otherwise it’d be super salty (guessed who accidentally dropped it there twice😅)
- salmon bikini: actually salmon and cheese sandwich. Sounds simple but sandwich made the Spanish way is simply better! The bread was also toasted so it’s really crunchy and they were really generous with the cheese, giving the sandwich a rich texture.
- black paella: aka squid ink paella. They’d let you take a pic before they mix it for you. Very delicious!
- basque cheesecake: their basque cheesecake was actually more like a tart with cheese lava flowing from the inside. Very tasty with a lovely texture. Can’t get enough of it.
It’s also a great spot for birthday celebrations as the vibe was great and the staff was really friendly. They would also gift you a polaroid inside a very cute birthday card!
