Been obsessed with gelato by Venchi lately! Their chocolate flavours are amazing! Pistachio has always been a favourite of mine and I have recently discovered that their hazelnut flavour is superb too!.I have been to venchi at IFC and Harbour City before and I have never had a bad experience or rude encounter. However, I went to their cwb branch a couple weeks ago and was so disappointed 😔 The staffs there were very unfriendly and a little rude, although we ultimately made a purchase, it was qui

I have been to venchi at IFC and Harbour City before and I have never had a bad experience or rude encounter. However, I went to their cwb branch a couple weeks ago and was so disappointed 😔 The staffs there were very unfriendly and a little rude, although we ultimately made a purchase, it was quite an uncomfortable experience. Don’t think I will ever be revisiting their cwb branch again🙈

They also have a really fun app on which you can answer questions for points😂 Though the main purpose of the app is probably for customers to upload receipts and collect points, not to answer random questions😂
