This has got to be one of the best chinese style soup noodles i have had so far in HK. Came for a weekday lunch without queue ✌️海龍皇湯: 藍蟹肉海蝦/北海道帶子/蝦頭油/皇湯/陽春面Introducing the one and only freshest soup base with a combo of blue crab meat, jumbo prawn and scallops topped with shrimp oil makes it live up to its price of $158 for a soup noodles. This is the chinese-style but tasted somewhat of a lobster bisque inspired soup base, it is so rich it almost feels like the chinese version of red prawn spagh

This is definitely a cure for your hangover and makes you drink the whole bowl of soup and crave for more! Highly recommended

好頭好尾: 川味和牛面頰肉/ 法式燴牛尾/牛骨湯/ 扁陽春麵 spicy stewed wagyu beef cheek/ braised ox tail/ beef broth/ flat noodles
The beef broth soup base is enriching and although the surface seems to be covered with beef oil, it surely doesnt taste as overwhelming as it looks! And along with feeling the wagyu cheeks that just melts in your mouth after having a mouthful of flat noodles with a spoonful of rich soup base.
