Mikasaya is the newly re-named Sushi Toku in TST. I went a long time ago but recently realized just how good this Japanese restaurant is. It rivals other high end omakase places such as Sushi Sase, Sushi Take, Rozan, and dare I say….even Sushi Shikon? Haha But seriously. Try this one out for size. It is the standard price point of other omakase joints but for a spectacular omakase meal- you BET your butt you will remember it! It will set you back $1580 HKD for one person but boy is it good.
