Even though Pepper Lunch have been in operation in Hong Kong for many years, i could count the number of times i tried with one hand. As i was dining alone and wanted to just settle for a quick lunch, i headed over to Langham Place to look around for food. As i saw quite a number of people queuing, so i just joined in the crowd. When the waiter served the dish to the counter for my collection, there were still a lot of smoke coming out of the hot plate. When i poured in the soya sauce provided by them, there were still buzzing sound coming out of the plate. The way of eating is to mix all the ingredients together and eat it. The rice was fatter than usual and meat was surprisingly tender. I was glad i made the right choice of eating this and will definitely try it more often.
