Table is all about depurated seafood. The clam soup was amazing! There is definitely a difference with depurated seafood, the clams soft and flavorful - prepared just right where they melted in my mouth and not chewy at all - not in the least bit. The foie gras, creamy and delectable, a symphony in the mouth when rested on a bed of toast... Then there were the Spanish Tiger Prawn Sashimi, absolutely phenomenal!! I will for sure, return to try everything else on their menu!!

題外話/補充資料： The establishment is by appointment only. Well worth it! A wonderful experience especially since I the the fortune of meeting the Executive Chef and Sous Chef. Both very wonderful people and passionate about what they do!
