Visited this modern Singaporean restaurant just newly opened around half year ago, located conveniently in Wan Chai, a must-visit for Singaporean food lovers 👍

Tried their 𝙎𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙎𝙚𝙩 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙏𝙬𝙤 which was really good and would definitely recommend! 💯
▫️ Sɴᴀᴄᴋs ᴘʟᴀᴛᴛᴇʀ ﹣ ʀᴏᴊᴀᴋ / ᴘʀᴀᴡɴ ʀᴏʟʟs / ᴘʀᴀᴡɴ ᴘᴀsᴛᴇ ᴄʜɪᴄᴋᴇɴ ᴡɪɴɢs - very appetizing to start off the meal with😆 Rojak is a salad made with mixed fruit, with a specially made spiced palm sugar dressing. I really liked the prawn rolls as well, it’s actually made with pork belly, but with prawn and squid paste.

▪️ Sᴀʟᴛᴇᴅ ᴇɢɢ ʟᴏᴛᴜs ʀᴏᴏᴛs - personal favourite! Reminded me of the salted egg fish skin which has been really popular when it first came into the market. But this one was really special, it was served slightly warm, which gave it an extra taste!

▫️ ᴄᴏғғᴇᴇ ᴘᴏʀᴋ ʀɪʙs - coffee flavoured pork ribs? Definitely my first time to try such a dish! It also has a tinge of apple jam in its taste giving it the additional flavour.

▪️ Sᴀᴍʙᴀʟ Sᴛɪɴɢʀᴀʏ - one of the highlights of the meal I would say 🐠 A must try for everyone! Loved the homemade sambal which was a perfect match for the stingray fish, just mildly spicy but very tasty 😋

▫️ ᴡᴀᴛ ᴛᴀɴ ʜᴏʀ - this is a tradition in singaporean menus. Prawn, pork slices and fish cakes with hor fun 🤩

▪️ ᴅᴇssᴇʀᴛs ﹣ ᴋᴀʏᴀ ᴋᴜɪʜ / Sᴀɢᴏ ᴘᴜᴅᴅɪɴɢ - desserts to end the very satisfying meal 😌
