Haven’t had teppanyaki for so long so I headed to Shika with my friend the other night. And as usual, the teppanyaki dinner here always managed to keep me in a good mood☺️We had the $2688 set for 2, and a few dishes were worth mentioning:The foie gras in red wine sauce was perfectly grilled to give a semi-crispy texture, while remaining extremely juicy and fatty on the inside. The A5 Wagyu Beef was, undoubtedly, delicious as well. The beef was so tender and juicy as they just came off the heating pan. And that pinkish interior is simply one of the most beautiful things I’ve seen🥰
Then came the geoduck. So fresh and flavourful, it had a nice texture that went well with the seaweed at the bottom.
The set also consisted of veggies, fried rice, sake chicken soup and dessert. And we both went home as full as we could be, and as satisfied as we could be😊
