I was attracted to this place purely by the name, it sounded fun and cute, and then I checked out its website which was even better, it gives you the snowy winter feeling.Apart from that, its logo and colours are nice and cool too.Its name Milkissimo reminds of Meiji’s Melty kiss, and since its an ice-cream, milk is the main ingredient too and cleverly combined in the name.I was looking forward going there, because there were so many flavours offered, my picks were: blood orange, chocolate orang

I was looking forward going there, because there were so many flavours offered, my picks were: blood orange, chocolate orange, purple sweet potato, hazelnut chocolate, rare cheese with fruit, vegetarian cheese with fruit, yogurt and fruit, green soybean, sweetcorn, pumpkin, hascup (beer berry),
northern black bean, pudding, white chocolate fruit. Zabaione (Italian dessert made with egg yolks, sugar, a sweet wine), catalano cream, macedonia, Zuccotto, pastry cream sponge, baba and applepie.
Even if some of the flavours sound unfamiliar, the variety is amazing.
However when I got there, there were only about 10 flavours, the basic flavours that people would order, eg chocolate, green tea, yogurt etc.
As expected the interior did not let me down, it was pure white, with the “Milkissimo” logo covered in silver glitter.
I got three flavours: chocolate and hazelnut, yoghurt, and soft cheese with honey.
Soft cheese was the best, it tasted like cheesecake, as for the hazelnut and yogurt, the texture was a bit icy and slushy rather than milky.
The yoghurt tasted like Yakult, the typical Japanese yogurt taste.
I shall look forward to it when they have the complete range, hopefully, they will.
