First tried some of Yardbirds food at Taste of Hong Kong. Being a foodie always trying new restaurants & we'd thought we'd give it a go! We were told there would be a long wait and we didn't mind waiting. Being regulars at Hoo Lee Fook & Chom Chom staff regularly check up on you & tables turn quickly so the wait ends up being okay. At Yardbird it's the opposite. From what we could see food was coming out super slow & we saw new people (clearly not on the waitlist) rocking up & walking right in t

We were told there would be a long wait and we didn't mind waiting. Being regulars at Hoo Lee Fook & Chom Chom staff regularly check up on you & tables turn quickly so the wait ends up being okay. At Yardbird it's the opposite. From what we could see food was coming out super slow & we saw new people (clearly not on the waitlist) rocking up & walking right in to get a table before us. Not cool. Quite rude! Obviously needed to be a regular or know the staff personally. We ended up leaving before our table became available. Do not recommend especially when we've been to so many amazing restaurants in Hong Kong.
