There are many laksa places in Hong Kong but there are few, or even only this one still doing it the traditional way: Blood Clam. It is something not everyone likes, pricy and difficult to handle. But it has an unique flavour that could not find in other food. The noodles were shorter than normal. You can eat it with a spoon so you could drink loads of the soup at the same time😛 Just a brilliant and thoughtful act!
Their Kaya Coconut Toast was super good too 🥰 I love the extra butter added. It made everything smoother and tastier. It complemented the kaya sweetness for an evil bite. Everything was spot on!
