First visit to Ming Bistro, I found the quirky Ming Dynasty inspired decor endearing. Especially enjoyed reading the text on the blue and white glaze rice bowls hanging on walls of bamboo dim sim trays. Appetizer was siu mai topped with quail eggs, which was made in the traditional style I remember from my childhood. Main course of claypot prawns, crab roe and rice vermicilli was delicious and healthy, not so oily, went perfectly with plain choi sum and quinoa rice.My highest recommendation f

Appetizer was siu mai topped with quail eggs, which was made in the traditional style I remember from my childhood. Main course of claypot prawns, crab roe and rice vermicilli was delicious and healthy, not so oily, went perfectly with plain choi sum and quinoa rice.

My highest recommendation for Ming Bistro. Afternoon tea time has discounted price.
