Today my colleagues and I came across with one of the many ramen noodle restaurants in Tang Lung Street, Causeway Bay. It is our first time coming to this place. The restaurant is small, with three four-persons tables and around five or six bar-tables on the side of the wall.The service was wonderful. The waiter patiently explained the menu with us with exceptional manner and he promptly attended us when needed. So in terms of services, I would definitely give them 5/5 ratings.Before I go

Before I go to the ramen, I have got to mention the additional spices that they have available on the table. They have a variety of choices available. From ramen pepper to all season spices, are all available for use. However, the main course, the ramen, is just fair. The soup base was neither strong or mild. It was just like having a noodle made from home. The ramen itself is alright. In addition, we have ordered gyoza and chicken wings with fish roe as side dishes. They were acceptable but there wasn't much surprise. So I would rate this restaurant as 3/5.
Something neat about this place is that it has a small and large size available to choose from. So for the ladies, it's a great if you are on a diet.
