返咗成個禮拜工，星期日都晨咁早起身上山頂食早餐真係一大挑戰😠💪🏻 去之前我喺度諗，究竟喺山頂嘅印度菜同重慶大廈嘅印度菜可以有咩大分別？試完就覺得好大驚喜！Rifles主打英式印度菜，同我想像中嘅印度有啲唔一樣，除咗有印度嘅香料同薄餅，亦有混入英國早餐嘅元素，好特別🇮🇳🇬🇧📌Bhurjee Pau ($138) 其實佢係milk bun內夾住啲炒蛋，同英國嘅早餐好似。不過炒蛋就唔係滑蛋，而係炒到全熟嘅蛋碎，再加入印度嘅香料。Milk bun好香牛奶味同軟熟，眨吓眼就食晒😂📌Rifle Roll w/ sausage ($168) 印度嘅烤餅naan夾住一條白腸，配有青醬同埋蕃茄醬。雖然睇落平平無奇，但係味道都唔錯。白腸煎得好香，配埋薄餅一齊擺入口完全唔會覺得油膩。-----------🇬🇧🇮🇳Rajasthan Rifles is an Anglo-Indian restaurant based on the concept of the Mess Hall, where military personnel went toget

📌BHURJEE It is a three-egg masala scramble, piled up on milk buns and served with masala-roasted tomato. The milk bun is so soft and fluffy while the eggs are indeed eggcellent! 🍳
📌RIFLES ROLLS w/ sausages is a tandoor-baked naan with spicy cheese, filled Sausage and crushed peppercorns. Not too oily, but refreshing & filling! 🌮
Arrived on a Sunday morning, the vibe in the restaurant is so chill and relaxing. Staffs are so friendly and nice. Definitely worth coming to visitσ`∀´)σ👍🏻
