I booked for afternoon tea 2 days beforehand for Sunday 4pm and they called back confirming my booking right away. However just 2 hours before my actual booking, they called me saying due to social distancing regulations and that they had to prioritize customers who are staying in the hotel, they had to move my original booking to 45 mins later and that they would close at 6. Such poor customer service and bad arrangement, what’s the point of confirming my booking if you had to reschedule it aft
