Mediterranean restaurants in Kowloon are few and far between, particularly if you aren't literal with the term and exclude the northeastern portion (Spain, France, Italy), so that fact alone makes Hyatti a unique and worthy addition to the eater's landscape here. Does existence guarantee quality? 芝士牛肉焗薯菜(配飯同埋沙律)有碎牛肉,青豆,薯仔,洋蔥,蒜茸,蕃茄醬,馬蘇里拉芝士. 呢啲係北非洲嘅煲仔醬,好似我哋煮煲仔飯咁 (其實佢哋有好多款煲仔醬, 我淨係試過呢款). 我喺呢度第一次食呢個餸覺得非常好味... 之後再食都係咁好味!

全世界嘅地中海餐廳都有中東烤雞肉. 好普通. 但係呢個就好標青 - 好過其他 - 因為啲麵包係佢哋自己即刻整嘅. 有軟, 有滑, 有熱熱辣辣! 呢個套餐都有沙律, 同埋如果你食得辣, 佢哋會畀辣椒醬你. (係中辣嘅 - 唔係太辣.) 你要小心食呀不過: 好多汁,可能會流晒出嚟. 我對手次次都食到濕晒,可能因為我手法唔夠高.

食完套餐之後佢哋會畀甜品你食. 有兩至三款揀 (甜品款式會定期轉). 喺呢度我有兩個俾你睇: 第一個係蘋果批. 好鬆化同埋有牛油味. 唔會甜得滯. 如果有脆皮同埋多小小蘋果肉會好食啲, 不過已經幾好. 第二個係椰香蜜糖蛋糕. 大部分係粗粒小麥粉,椰絲,蜜糖. 小小濕嘅質地 同埋啲燒椰絲超香! 如果你想搵啲特別嘅嘢食, 就一定要試吓呢個.
Before I wrap this up, let me take a moment to say how lovely the staff is at Hyatti. They greet customers with a smile and a kind word, they check to make sure you enjoyed your experience, and have a deep passion for their food. When I asked about basbousa, for example, the chef explained it to me from every angle: recipes, how and where it's sold in Egypt, production cost trade-offs... I was incredibly impressed by his knowledge, but also by how excited he was to share it with me. I love the food there, and I would go back even if the service wasn't good, but now I'm compelled to go back every week because the people are so great. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!
最後我想話: 曉峰閣嘅人員好好客, 好親切, 成日都會四萬咁嘅口. 我一見到佢哋就好開心. 我每個星期會去嗰度食嘢,但係而家已經好心急想再去!
