Walked in last Sunday without booking at this newly opened Vietnamese restaurant. The signature beef pho is served with 12-hour Angus prime rib, braised beef tongue, ox-tail and homemade 24-hour beef broth. It's a flavorful bowl of pho and the additional Chinese doughnut were able to hit spot without a doubt.
The signature chicken pho is served with fresh farm egg, chicken heart, crispy chicken skin with pate and homemade 12-hour chicken broth. It's an excellent alterative to the beef pho.
