The sauce was not too spicy, perfect for ones who can’t have spicy food.🌾 Vietnamese Rice Paper Roll, Tofu, Asian Herbs, Avocado, Sweet Chili Dip: A refreshing starter. 🐑 Australian Lamb Chops • Spiced Lamb Cutlet, Mint Raita, Couscous: The lamb chops were tender and did not have the gamey smell. The couscous added a nice texture to the dish.
🍋 Citrus Tart • Yuzu Curd, Mandarin Confiture, Fresh Raspberries: A very tangy dessert. Would be better if it was sweeter to achieve a better balance.
Loved how they paid attention to the temperature of the hot dishes and served them in warm plates.
