🍘Deep Fried Banh Hui Crackers
The deep fried rice cracker is tasteless but when topped with scallions oil, sate sauce, sakura shrimps and pork floss, the whole dish has become so flavourful and full of different texture. I especially like the scallions oil which not too salty but blends well with pork floss and tiny shrimps. I never tried banh hui before but this is definitely something I’ll try again!
🍜Prime Pho Bo
The pho is said to be made with 24-hour beef bone broth and indeed quite rich with beef flavour although you can tell some msg is also added. But overall the ingredients are well flavoured and in large portion. The beef hanger steak comes in large pieces but it so tender which is obviously cooked for a long time. This is a great pho out of all I’ve ever had.
🍜Cold vermicelli with fried shrimp patty and grilled pork
This vermicelli dish comes with a bottle of sweet and sour broth for you to pour in on your own. It has just the right amount of sourness which makes it a really appetising dish. The shrimp patty is fairly good but i like the grilled pork chop more. Cooked on charcoal grill, it gives a bit smoky flavour. Id strongly recommend this.
🗞️Vietnamese spring rolls
Well seasoned meat wrapped in a perfectly deep fried crust. Taste so soft yet crispy. Such a great combination of texture. This is the best Vietnamese spring roll of the town!
