A buddy suggested this restaurant for our dinner gathering. It was indeed an excellent choice! We ordered a lot of food as there were 10 of us. At the end of the day, all of us were very surprised that the cost was extremely reasonable given the bulk of good food we have ordered. Amongst the dishes, I found the following most outstanding:Steamed Fish The taste and texture were remarkable. It was NOT over-cooked! Given the 'good sized' fish, I commend the chefs for cooking it just right!Roast Pig

Roast Pigeon Very very crispy and fragrant. There is no not need to travel all the way to Shatin for this delicacy.
Bamboo Clams Very very crunchy and tasty (so unforgettable)
"Bong" The taste was superb. The sauce mix with vermicelli was so good.
Fig Soup so called "enough fire" (supposedly, cleanse lungs)
Egg Plant with Minced Pork It is a common dish no doubt but it went so well with plain rice. We specially ordered plain rice to go with it.
I will not give this place a miss the next time I am in HK.
