With a more colorful and cheeky design, it was basically the same concept as Hokkaido Dairy Farm. You order and pay at the cashier, they give you a number card to place on your table and bring the food to you when ready. Menu is in the form of a clipboard and is in Chinese and English. It had items that were not found at the usual Hokkaido Dairy Farm. Things like pasta and hamburgers. Waffles and all day breakfasts. Prices were also a bit higher. Yes, this was a fancy version of Hokkaido Dairy Farm. Carbonara with Cheddar Cheese ($58). The pasta had a raw egg yolk on the top so you should mix it up while the pasta is still hot. Though cheddar is definitely not the traditional cheese used for carbonara, it was still pretty good. I was literally surprised that this is the closest to an authentic carbonara in Hong Kong (aside from the more pricier restaurants). The pasta was al dente. Not soggy. Though not creamy enough, it had a decent cheesey flavor along with a simple addition of bacon. The sauce clung well and it wasn't soggy. I was clearly impressed.
