Had a long awaited catch up with my friend this week at Zentro East, a trendy Japanese bar and restaurant which really is a hidden gem. Omakase with Chef Joe is also always satisfying. I heard there is other good food such as skewers but I never got around to it. We had around 16 dishes comprising of sashimi, sushi and finished off with a fish broth. The night's specials were fresh octopus and grilled octopus suction cups, in-house marinated salmon roe, a massive plate of urchin, fish liver and Japanese crab.
