Despite its quite salty, I like the crunchiness before steaming, and the texture after steaming is also very good to taste!
These local beef are beyond expectations, very rich in beef flavour! and its not too chewy nor too soft, I can also feel the juiciness after I put it into my mouth, how great is this local boy!
