My wife has a sudden craving for skewers and since we can only order take-away now, I walked around nearby to see if there is any nice ones around. They catered mainly for take-away, even though they have a bar table for few customers to dine in if required. They served a wide range of skewers such as beef, pork, chicken, lamb, seafood, vegetables and balls etc. Besides that, they provide snacks and appetizers as well.
Chicken nuggets were fried till crispy and chewy, with sauce provided to dip onto it.
Gyoza were fried till the skin was thin and crispy and yet the fillings inside was juicy, with vinegar sauce provided to enhance the taste.
Mala shredded chicken udon with soup - They were attentive to details in a way that they separated the udon and shredded chicken from the soup so that it will not become soggy. Soup was spicy and flavourful, with strong Mala taste. Udon was smooth and chewy and shredded chicken was juicy and smooth.
We ordered a varieties of skewers such as honey roasted pork, chicken wings, chicken skin, chicken cartilages, black pepper beef ribs, ox tongue, lamb skewers and Taiwanese sausages. They were grilled till flavourful and chewy, with spice powder added to it to enhance the flavour. The portion was huge as well.
