其實兩個月之前已經由啡友口中得知 Felix 響觀塘開了間主打外賣的咖啡店,Barista 是HKGBC 的 2nd runner-up (雖然我對這個比賽沒有好感..),但因為早前店子有點問題休息了一個月,我在那個月就摸了兩次門釘 店子重開之後我也沒有時間再去,直到今天…一去到就跟 Barista 打了招呼,先要了杯 Espresso,回過神後再要杯 Ristretto,他們用的(當然)是 Coffee Assembly 的Fuoco BlendEspresso, Ristretto (Fuoco)如 Babedolphin 兄所言,同樣係 Fuoco,這裡的 Espresso 同 Ristretto are less sweet than Soulmate, 但我今日那兩杯的 Body 比較薄 (Barista 說今日用的豆太新鮮了) ,除此以外和 Soulmate Nigel 拉的分別不明顯。Sorry I gave a 4 to taste because I had an amazing shot in Danes the other day. Looks like the blossom of quality coffee shop is happening in Hong Kong. Remeber a time there was only Zamrba (Sorry but I never get the rave of "My Coffee") now there re also Crema, Coco, Soulmate, Essenza, Coffee Golden serving great coffee and Danes is coming to the scene. Although the coffee scene seems a lot better than a year or two ago (thanks to Moses Chan btw), the mind set of mass coffee population is still very much in the mid of 2nd wave, they order drinks in starbucks' way like tall latte extra shot extra hot more foam blah blah blah.... IMHO Baristas should play a part in educating ppl. in one way, refuse this starbuck way of ordering drinks, like what soulmate does; in another way, tell ppl what's good what's bad and why, possibly encouraging ppl try other great coffee shops.
