When I lived away from HK and came back this apple pie was one of the things I would must eat. Starting from the outside the pastry is flaky, buttery and perfectly cooked. When you get inside the you the apple chunks retain the soft crunch and isn’t sour. And finally the custard complements the apple and pastry perfectly. Now that’s an apple pie! And if you haven’t tried it what are you waiting for!
