A while ago Arome Bakery launched these Ramune Soda Lactic Acid cake series which looked rather modern.There is the Ramune Soda Lactic Acid Sliced Cake or the Ramune Soda Lactic Acid Roll Cake so I got the sliced cake because the only difference is that it had jam in it.It had a hard biscuit base which I didn't like but the rest was ok, there was a layer of jelly in the middle, some jam, a thin layer of cake and yoghurt mousse!This is Hong Kong style cake for you, there is always less of the cak

I think the roll probably tastes better as there is more roll to filling.
