I came here for lunch, after a good experience at the TST branch for dinner.

First surprise: for lunch, they do not offer a la carte order, just pre-set menu. I ordered the Sushi set and my friend ordered the Chirashi Bowl.

When the order arrived, I notice that the shrimp was dull and none of the fish had any glossiness. It was obviously not fresh and had been prepared in advance (the sushi set was delivered in 3 minutes). The "fresh" shrimp looked gray.

After the first bite, I felt disgusted. The tuna nigiri tasted complete fishy and the rice was like a concrete block.

I gave a second opportunity and tried the roll included in the set. The sauce tasted to chemicals like crazy. It was really horrible.

Finally I tried the salmon nigiri, that was standard, but did not manage to clean the flavor in my mouth of the previos two pieces.

I wasn't able to continue eating. First time in my life that that happens to me.


To summarize the experience: I ate three out the Twelve sushi pieces in my plate. After that I left the restaurant.

I'm a sushi lover and I appreciate all kinds of sushi. This is an insult to Japanese cuisine.
