I was in for a surprise because when I got there I discovered that they serve Katte Don.Katte Don (“as you wish” rice bowl) is where you can choose the ingredients for you Don i.e. customized to your preference.As well as Katte Don, they have other options.Given, the choice, I was more than ecstatic to choose and the choices there were quite good because they even had mentaiko and crab paste as well as expected items such as uni, ebi, salmon, tuna and all that.The minimum choice is three per don

The minimum choice is three per don and it was clearly easy for me because mentaiko, salmon roe and crab paste were my favourites.
Everything was delicious and fresh that it does not need soy sauce and it was so good I asked for extra rice.I wish there was more mentaiko because it wasn't too salty or spicy compared to other mentaiko I have tried.
As well as the Katte Don, we also tried the Roast eel. To be honest this is something I never order because it is always too sweet and laced with brittle bones.When it arrived, I was impressed how big the eel was that it was too long for the bowl and overflowing on both sides.
You get two different eels, I liked the bigger one because it was meatier and there were no bones.
