This has got to be one of the most authentic Japanese restaurants I have been to in Hong Kong.As soon as the five of us set down, the waitress recommended the sake of the month. We were planning to get sake anyway and so we decided to take her recommendation. I am no expert when it comes to sake, but I thought it was not bad.We then ordered numerous 串燒 and a whole lot of other dishes:雞軟骨, 雞件+蔥, 牛脷, 帶子, 冬菇, 煙肉鵪鶉蛋 (and some others I have forgotten lol...) - all of these are really tasty明太子燒玉子 - wi

We then ordered numerous 串燒 and a whole lot of other dishes:

雞軟骨, 雞件+蔥, 牛脷, 帶子, 冬菇, 煙肉鵪鶉蛋 (and some others I have forgotten lol...) - all of these are really tasty

明太子燒玉子 - without a doubt my favorite dish of the night

Sukiyaki - all of the ingredients were fresh and of good quality

芝士和牛漢堡 - a bit pricey ($120) but definitely worth trying; my other favorite of the night!

炸雞件 - the chicken was really juicy and well marinated

I will definitely go back for more authentic Japanese food!
