I have always enjoyed my meals at JW Marriott HK, every restaurant in the hotel is great by itself. Today, we dined at The Lounge and I chose “noodle bar” which is noodle buffet. We get to choose our own noodle mix, types of noodles, different soups, various condiments & fresh ingredients 👍🏻. My favourite is their Penang prawn noodle, it really reminds me of the ones I had in Penang. I was told by the chef that they use lots of prawn & prawn shells to make the broth hence its tastiness. Besides these, they also have Sarawak kolo mee, Sarawak laksa and Singapore Bak-chor mee 👍🏻 👍🏻 👍🏻
