Came here quite often mostly because of the steam milk that they serve. They have the best steam milk i have ever had - they had it sent all the way from China every day. As for the other food... i like the fish puff the best- you dont normally have it in an ordinary restaurant.. but this place cooks it really well. The worst thing about fish puff is that it tends to be rather fishy if its not well done. So what they did was to use a HUGE heated pot to fried it with ginger and spring onion and keep it really hot at all times. By doing that, it keeps away the fishy taste and accentuate the chewy texture with the strong flavour from the ginger and onion. YUMSSS.
Well, honestly, other than these two dishes.. i find the other dishes rather over-priced (this rest is usually for those rich old retired ppl anyway) so yeah... get your wallet prepared if you are planning to eat here.
