Surprisingly delicious lunch in Wan Chai, really a gem! The interior was really nice, and we received a warm welcome from the staff which we felt immediately like we were back in Spain. First, I had the Sopa de Carne (Beef Consomme), it had a well-balanced flavour of beef and fresh ingredients. My friend had the Salad with Anchovies & Slow-Cooked Onion, which was very refreshing with a little bit sour seasoning. After the delicious starters, we looked forward to the main course and it didn't let us down!! It went even to another level!!
I had the Catalan Pasta Paella ($128), the dish is so original, since I have only eaten rice paella. I could eat 1 more of this overly delicious Pasta Paella. The pasta was made just right, it was fully absorbed by the sauce and the seafood.
My friend had the Black Angus Striploin ($148), which was cooked well done. (see photos below)
The food were delicious with a friendly service, and it was not expensive at all!!
Good food, good quality, good service = definitely worth the money!!
