My friend came back from Hanoi and missed bun cha so much, looking for authentic ones and introduced me to this restaurant. I have always loved Vietnamese food but have never tried bun cha. It is a dish which you dip Vietnamese noodles into warm soup with pork. It was a novel idea to me and it tasted awesome, with a bit sweetness of the pork, adding flavours to the plain noodles. I’m definitely visiting this restaurant again.
